it looks better in real, the neck is not so "vintaged" out yellow looking like in that pic its just new maple, the neck is 1 piece not a "fret board" on the neck, well the neck is the fret board, if u know what i mean....lol....but it looks nicer in real i try to take pics but it aint true to the real looks....my body is 4 pieces i can see, well 3 big ones and then a smaller one by the contour but their is a big one in the center so it looks good and u know those cards when u turn the card u see a different image or something like in those cracker jack boxes....well when u turn the guitar in the light the center piece gets darker and the other sides get lighter and when i bend it the other way vise versa....i dont know if its the finish on it or the wood thats giving that light effect.....i will post the pics later

Sounds cool. And ya, the one piece maple neck is nice. I'm not a big fan of maple necks but I know they are very smooth to play on.

GF, that is a really kool pic though. I might even turn that one into a desktop as I get bored having the same desktop all the time. And it makes for a good converstation piece when peeps ask who or what is on my desktop.

I'll tell them who it is of course. Thats the best part, kinda gets peeps thinking sometimes. Besides that is a pretty cool picture if ya ask me.

I dont think those pic's of the guitar look bad at all. They look just fine. That is a nice looking guitar by the way as well.

Bad grammar on my part. :-(

Tell them who you are, of course.

I love the colorw behind the picture of you with the guitar. It really makes the pic stand out. The kids here are good with taht stuff and have time to mess with it, but I haven't had the time to even begin to fiddle with Photoshop. Just resize some pic's quick and that is it.

Ah yes, see the web can distort so many things. But it was still bad grammar on my part.

Nice looking guitar, the lacquer on the body looks fantastic.I had a refin job on my guitar and the lacquer has kept it looking good although an old strat with a refin is valued at half of an original finish.I will put a photo on soon. Thanks for the pic's,it's left us all thinking :--mmm maybe if.

OOOOO, that is a nice full sound indeed. Definately the Fender sound.

I'll be curious to hear what you do in a Reggae style. I dont think anybody has put anything up that is Regggae in a long time. Cant wait to hear it.

Hey! I just got me one of them there Squier '51's! I wanted a second electric, so that I didn't have to drag my Tele to practice or use it when we play gigs in questionable surroundings.

It's a great little guitar for the $$$. Mine's the black one with the white pickguard. Plays sweet. I especially like the tone in the humbucker position, and it really twangs with the coil tap activated. Nice bit 'o kit.
