I got my UB series mixer!

I have only messed with it a little bit, me and my 4 year old daughter hooked it up :-) She asked what every knob on the thing does...hehehe

I started some film soundtrack editing with it and thus far I can hear a slightly better sound out of it just by playing back the same clips I played back last night through my 802...not huge improvement, but some.

The routing options are great, the little bit I played with the built in effects are pretty impresive, no real tweaking yet, just flipping from effect to effect. It's great to have a couple ways out, I will report more when I actually start recording stuff through it, so far tonight (and presumably for a while) it will be mostly playback.

Then we went upstairs and my daughter told mommy what "panning" was...and she was right :-) That's my girl!

No need to out bid me. You can have it for the listed price. I only was looking to add to my portable stuff, I don't really need another mixer. Beside's, I would rather see it go to someone who need's a mixer, rather than to add to my collection. If you buy it, it will save me some money anyway.

Noize, thanks man, we're completing this transaction as we speak. I'm psyched, I can finally get multiple mics on my drummer's kit. He's gonna help me get some original drum loops together cause i hate using prefab drumloops from online and off of discs.

dB, check you mail, man. We forgot something important, heheh. oh and as for my site, I *just* got that thing up last week, If you notice my links section has *no* links yet :O), but I will have a link to get my visitors here to dbmasters.net, in fact I was hoping you had maybe a little graphic or something I could use?? and would you prefer a link to HRC's mainpage or to just dbmasters.net to include potential clients?? -j

Ya, that is a really nice link. You make it sound like a really nice place to visit. Or even become a member.

New here. See you got the new Behringer.
You've had a bit of time to fool around
with it, so what's the verdict?
I'm in the market for either the ub1204fx-pro
or the ub1832fx-pro (I think...), but I'm looking for some kind of review to get an objective (?)
opinion. The effect section is a bit different,
I believe with the ability to route signals
through a built in compressor (or other options)
in addition to the usual wet/dry reverb or delay.
How does THAT work? Usefull for someone without
outboard effects/compressors?
Thanks, I'm sure lots of others are intrigued also.
