Does anyone have any experience with Gigasampler? I just received a copy in the mail (someone threw it in the package with my soundcard that I bought, because they needed the money quickly and I obliged them). Anyhow, I don't have any specific questions, but I guess if anyone has any feedback, or have come across any issues, i'd be happy to hear of them. Any pros or cons are appreciated. Thanks.

Apr 01, 2003 05:37 pm Giga Sampler is a great sampler. Just like it sound like, it is a software sampler. It is very processor intensive though, as it uses system resources to run. But that said, it is awsome, I dont use it right now as I have a sampler which is part of my hardware, actually it is called SampleCell PC, and it runs on an ISA slot. It has 8 channels of analog out, and carries 32 meg of onboard ram. It takes car of all the processing onboard the card so it doesnt eat up system resources. It is a bit light, but it does everything I need it to do. But as far as soft samplers go the GigaSampler is great. What version or numger is it, 32, 64 ,128?
