Dec 10, 2005 10:53 pm No, I am a Tuba player, and an amateur composer. I had a friend (fellow Sinfonian) who was going to play it, but time and etc caught up and it never got recorded.
Interestesting you think it is like an 80s action show... never thought of it like that before.
Dec 10, 2005 11:01 pm Welcome to HRC. Nice piece indeed. I gotta say you are the first ever to post a tune as a midi file though. Freaked me out for a second when the file opened Sonar here. Played it back in winamp though and it sounded pretty good.
Very interesting movement's throughout the piece. IF I may ask what software did you use to sequance the tune? I am going to have to transfer this onto my main studio box and play it back on a differant synth and get a better feel for it.
But I liked the piece for sure, very interesting all the way through.
Dec 10, 2005 11:14 pm NulloModo, dude you only have to push the submit button once. That will do it, if your browser or connection are slow reloading just wait for it as it will post from just one push. No need to hit it 4 or 5 times.

Dec 10, 2005 11:22 pm I used Sibelius to make it. I pushed it multiple times, but the board never took me beyond the initial post screen... I assumed it was frozen, sorry.
Dec 11, 2005 12:04 pm Sibelius, I assume you compose mostly in sibelius then. Do you use any controller for entering midi or are you step writing everything? Thats a pretty good piece if it was all step written.
