Sound Forge 5 and VST

So I use Nuendo 2.0 for tracking, but have Sound Forge 5.0 available to me for mastering. I have some nice VSTs with Nuendo, i.e. magneto, and want to use them in mastering within SF. Will this work? I know SF uses direct x, but does it support vst? Are there any free plugin converters from vst to direct x? If I can't use VST at all then would it be wiser to master in a new project file in nuendo 2 and use those good plugins? I also have a UAD card in my computer that has an awesome program EQ and limiter. Will SF support these effects? Thanks for reading!

Sony SoundForge 8.0 supports Vst now. The upgrade is $149.00 US. AS for 5.0, no it doesnt support VST and as far as I know there is no adapter that will work in SoundForge to convert them for use.

You can definately try doing a master mix in Nuendo. I have don them in Sonar as well with mixed results.
