Hello,
Until tonight, I had just been performing plug-in effects on entire tracts by right clicking the track and selecting the plugin. Tonight, I learned about Inserts and Sends which will give my tracks a huge boost now that I can move effects around and edit effects without deleting all my current work or doing anything really permanent. However, I cannot find a way to only use these Inserts and Sends on just a piece of a track. Is there a better way to use a plug-in on a piece of a track than selecting it and right-clicking on the plugin I want? Thanks for your help and time.

Aug 15, 2005 09:49 pm well if u read the manual...u can make the track like automated and do the send u know...... like ok open the mixer (F3) and then on that track press the "W" botton which stands for write and then....well yuh mixer should be fully opened and then change the upper half of tha channel on the mixer to see the sends.....and i assume u know how to make an efx track and thing....and assign the efx track to the send.........the things u could do in cubase with effects and thing is virtually limitless......but if u read the manual and learn it and thing, it will be much easier......for me i only read the manual once or 2wice ..... i find its the easiest production software of its ablities to learn.....altho i read reviews saying contrary
