I always wondered why Earthlink said they had cable available in my area where Time Warner said they didn't. Would call Earthlink up about every other month to ask if I can get it. Every single time they would say yes and a Time Warner guy would come out and say it couldn't. Hey, didn't I call Earthlink? Now, the Supreme Court is changing that and Time Warner, Charter, and SBC will be the only ones using their own lines. That seems fair. They laid them, they use them.

Sprint is the only phone carrier in my area and they go through Earthlink for their DSL. It sucks that cable isn't available. Went to check my email (earthlink) and it's down and has been down all day. Wonder with the change in who owns the cable lines is cauing earthlink to lose connection all over the place?
