Headphones config through Cubase??

I'm having trouble setting my headphones up through my system. I'm running my guitar through a Line6 POD and then through my Delta1010 PCI card. Then through Cubase SE. I got a track down in Cubase, but can't listen to it...any help at all PLEASE!! I'm using windows XP
