Soundcraft DC 2000 shutdown

During shutdown console i get 'error during shutdown'. Anyone has any idea what's the problem. Soundcraft otherwise works like a charm :-)

It sounds like there is a problem with that part of the opperating systm. If you can re-install the software or firmware for the console I guess I would advise trying that first.

Have you checked with Soundcraft customer support yet on this?
