Is anyone familiar with the Behringer Ultra-dyne and/or the Ultramizer. Does the Ultra-dyne have the same features as the ultramizer just in a multa band format instead of 2 band? Or would it be to my advantage to use both as a final stage of my mix.

Jul 14, 2002 01:17 pm The Ultra-Dyne is a compressor limiter/gate. It is a bit more programable then the Ultra-mizer. It is able to de-ess, compress, limit and gate all on seletive band's. It will also do tube emulation, and loudness maximization.
The Ultra-mizer is more for loudness maximization, and will enhance signal's seperately in low and high band's.
It is set up with more pre-programed patche's, and a bit user firendly.
