I can go more, but keep the price as far down as possible....which would be the best i need like a snake set up...like all my drums different tracks etc.

Jun 16, 2003 08:58 pm how many inputs you need? The M-Audio Delta 44 that myself as well as several others around here are using gives 4 in and 4 out. It's about $200 used. If that's not enough, the Delta 1010 has 8 in 8 out plus digital, it goes for about $500 used.
M-Audio is all pretty afordable stuff. Some other affordable brands to look in are Echo and Aardvark. The high-ends names include MOTU and RME.

Jun 16, 2003 09:58 pm M-audio is really good in the sense that you can get a decent card for about 200 bucks, how many tracks will you need to record and playback at once? Do you need MIDI?

Jun 17, 2003 01:56 pm If you need 8 in, your best bet will probably be finding a used M-Audio Delta 1010 on ebay.
Jun 17, 2003 07:57 pm M-Audio all the way. And if you get stuck, someone around here will help you out.
