ok. i have sonar as you know, and i know there is someway i can play my oxygen 8 through a track. i mean i see the sonar has like all these batches for synths and organs and stuff and everything i try wont work. i just need to add some synth parts to this song and its done. haha i am so bad with this computer stuff.

If you have it installed through the USB port, and the drivers or software installed properly. It should come up as a port choice under Options-Midi. In fact, if you are running Win XP it should have found it the minute you plugged it in. Sonar will show it in the list with a strange name or maybe OX8 or something of that nature. I use the MidiMan MidiSport 8x8/s and it is a USB device and when I upgraded to Sonar 2.2 I had to re-install the drivers in order for it to be seen.

Anyway, you simply choose that driver to make it acitve, then in your track view select that driver and your off and running.
