Recording Roland TD-9 Drums to laptop using Tascam US-122MKII

Hi Folks,

Hoping someone can help here? Myself and a mate are trying to work out how to record his Roland TD-9 drumkit with Cubase, onto my laptop using a Tascam US-122MKII.

We believe its possible - we almost got it working and someone on another forum gave the helpful answer of 'Yes' when my mate asked 'Is it possible?'. Just wondered if anyone on here knew how - or if there were any links to sites on the net that may be able to help? Havent really found anything useful using Google.

For info: we have a couple of midi cables and plenty of 1/4" jack cables (guitar leads). Tried using L & R inputs from the drums 'brain' into the Tascam, but it didnt work as planned. Think we need to map the midi inputs, but we're not sure where to start!

Any help would be appreciated!
