Help with Voxengo PHA-979 phase alignment vst

Hello ppl
is there anyone out there who can make sense of this plugin?
ive read the manual but i have no idea how to work it
do i put it on a bus with the 2 mic channels sent to it,
or only the out of phase mic?
a step by step guide would be pretty great if you can read the manual and translate it into english for me lol
