I have a gaming computer with a Biostar motherboard, NvidiG Force 800 and i am running vista ultimate 64bit, I have just installed a Delta 1010lt sound card and i am getting a signal in the mixer but no sound. I have disabled the internal Realtek and have no sound at all now, i have reinstalled the driver and card three times. Running out of ideas now, can anyone offer some advice as i am new to this set up.
i will be setting up Cubase 4 and a Roland JV1000 Synth.

Have you gone to M-Audio's website and downloaded the most current Vista driver? I would be guessing the driver disc that came with the unit isn't vista compatible driver's, or at least could be buggy driver's.

Also, you say you are getting sound in the mixer, exactly which mixer are you talking about?
