Cubase LE4 with multiple PC monitors?

Recently had a brainwave to run Cubase LE4 using multiple PC monitors (as in screens, not speakers) - thinking I'd be able to drag the mixer and other windows onto the 2nd screen to keep the main window uncluttered and in short, for ease.

Plan was foiled! All I can do is move the mixer around within the main window! Multiple screens work fine otherwise with other programs etc, just not Cubase LE4.

Has anyone successfully used Cubase LE4 with multiple PC screens? How did you set it up??

I do believe it should be able to do that without any trouble. You may have to simply find the command for allowing the screen's to float. This should be either in your view tab or possibly be a right click context menu that is part of the pluggin or what ever you are trying to float.

Thanks. Couldn't find any options for "float", but looking a bit harder I managed to find a solution using the right click menu.

Essentially, right click inside the window (e.g. mixer window: click on background space, not on faders) - opens sub-menu. Select "Always on top" (which I'm guessing, not being too much of a techie, describes the option needed for a "float" outcome?). Anyways, regardless, this then allowed me to drag mixer and EQ windows over to 2nd PC Monitor, where they now happily reside, leaving main track window uncluttered and me happy :) .

Thanks for your help in this. I knew there had to be a way, just ran out of ideas.
