I just bought a Kaossilator ^____^

And now my mouse area is crowded :/

Kaosilator are kool.I never could get myself to gran one even though the local used gear shop had a pair of the newer ones I just couldn't add it with all the soft synths and hardware synths I have.

Hehe, thanks guys. Actually my b-day was Wednesday, but I just got around to deciding on my present today while I was walking through Best-buy's new music area. I'm glad to see they've stepped into the pro/semi-pro market. I was chatting with the clerk, and he said they were supposed to be getting some Novation keyboards in (namely the Xiosynth) sometime later this year. Course, I'm heading to Iowa, but maybe they've got a best-buy with the remodeled music section near Coralville.

They didn't have any new keyboards on display unfortunately. The ones they did have were the pretty much the same as last time; a good healthy mix of Roland, Korg, and Yamaha.

They also had a Kaoss Pad KP3, but that was a bit over my budget unfortunately, which is why I got the Kaossilator. They also had the smaller mini-Kaoss Pad for $150. But I figured I'd have a bit more fun with the Kaossilator hehe.

Edit: sorry about the below deletion. Something went kinda wonky on my end, which ended up in a double-post. Doh!
