Acid Pro will play MIDI, but not burn it onto cd. Yikes!

Inside of Acid Pro 4.0, I can record vocals, loops, and midi with no problem. However, when I burn the project onto cd, it retains the vocals and loops perfectly, while leaving the midi out. I use a Yamaha E313 keyboard with a USB midi interface. It plays perfectly, low latency, etc. inside of acid. But somewhere in the process of burning the project onto cd, it leaves my midi piano playing out. This is an extremely difficult problem to solve. I can't seem to find any info on it. Please Help! Thanks.
