You can make a template of the effect chain as well.

I usually save the presets I create as well and name them per project so I remember what the settings were for.

Each effect has its own preset save function so you can do it individually per effect. That will save you a lot of time by simply going that route.

Then you have not saved the presets you created at all if you have to redo each setting.

Saving the effects settings as a preset save it exactly as you had it set when you saved it.So that is why I said to name it something you will remember. Then once you have the pluggin loaded into the track you simply reload that preset and youre all set to go.
