Cool Edit Pro Problem...please help!

When I try to drag in a file like an MP3 file into Cool Edit ( which used to work)
it is now saying:
'MISSING RESAMPLE.XFM MODULE COOL EDIT CANNOT CHANGE SAMPLE RATES WITHOUT THIS MODULE'
Does anyone know, first of all, why this would disappear and second, how can I get this file?
