Apr 20, 2008 05:17 pm Hey dan, fixed mondays link as it was looking for the player link.
Man o Man. This is a good batch for sure. I really liked Tue, Wed. and Thur. although all were splendidly done for sure. Monday had a really interesting romantic feel to it. I really liked the movie sound track feel of Tue and the twangy feel of Wed. Thur again had that bit like Tue but a bit more intense. Fri had a intricate mysterious feel to it.
I'm amazed by the sounds you are getting. In simple word they are just gorgeous.
Keep it up, these are wonderful.
Apr 20, 2008 05:40 pm Purrrty. Fine pickin', great tone. I need to play these for my son Gary.
They're all good. Monday's was the favorite.

Apr 20, 2008 07:18 pm hey thanks for that link adjustment... i thought i linked directly to the file.... hmmmm IT pro I am not!
your support is fantastic guys, thanks very much... it's great to see who likes what...
Herb, let me know what Gary thinks!
I'm pretty lucky that I don't have to do much to get that tone... it's probably helped a little by the fact that there's no comparative tones... you know how hard it is to get that tonal balance between drums, bass, keys, vocal, strings, etc... when it's just one instrument there's much less intricacy in the mix... get one good sound - and you're done!

Apr 20, 2008 07:25 pm Your welcome, its what we do here at good ole' HRC.
On the easy tone thing. I'm not sure about that being easy to get the mix you get. You still have several different guitar parts that need to fit together and play nice with each other. And honestly you are doing a killer job of it for sure.
