Multitrack on Cubase Le!!!!

I just got the Cubase Le 4 Desktop Recording Studio, and I got it registered and installed, and everything that I know is connected to the computer. I was wondering why it wouldn't record at first, and then I found out I wasn't going into Multitrack, but when I tried to find it on Cubase, (VST Multitrack under device setup) it wasn't there. If anyone could tell me where my built-in Multitrack is, it would be much appreciated!

That should be the audio interface or sound card.

You need to go into, options, audio and find the audio card drivers and select them to make them active. Then select that for the input and output of the tracks you want to use and it will work for you.
