ua-25 with xenyx 1204?

i have had it with my uca200 usb connector for my xenyx1204. i was wondering if the mixer would be useless to me now but i have devised a plan but havent been able to see if its possible. can i use my 1204 mixer (since it has quite good eq's) through an edirol ua-25? how would i go about connecting the mixer to the edirol unit? i am going to purchase this asap so please someone help me out :( im dieing to record out here.

Nov 08, 2007 09:53 pm haha sorry, i have inspected my xenyx and it seems i may be able to use the xlr outs in the rear to go into the xlr ins on the edirol unit but i am still not sure if that would work. has anyone sle tried this? id hate to spend 250 bux and not be able to use my mixer for its analog like eq's

Nov 08, 2007 10:22 pm The 1204 is just a mixer, the uca unit is the interface. The 1204 is just like any other stand alone mixer and can be used as you stated without any trouble.

Nov 09, 2007 07:27 pm i bought an m-audio mobile pre usb and now i have no problems all the drivers where online and im back recording better than ever i highly recommend this unit. UCA IS INHERENTLY DEFECTIVE DO NOT USE
