ok... here is the issue...

I hooked up the omega to my mac... mic is plugged into mic 1 on the back panel - i get levels on the lexicon and I can hear my voice in the headphones.

the light on mic 1 usb assign 1-2 is red on the front panel..
now that you know what I am looking at here is my issue

when i choose the input and output under system pref on my mac I chose MAC USB for input and output (I chose the same in both GB and Deck 3.5) but when I do that it says that there is no ouput device for this system under system pref on my mac... hoping this is just a simple issue...

There seems to be a few problems with this device on Mac and PC.

Have you installed the latest driver update?

If that fails you may want to un install the drivers and try re installing them. On occasion driver installs can become corrupt causing problems.

I'll ask this as well. Are you getting signal recorded into GB or Deck? If so then the issue may lie with the output section of the device or the drivers.

Also, do you have onboard sound on the Mac? If so you may want to try to disable that as sometimes they can have a conflict between the two devices.
