Hey, I am fairly new to recording and i need some help. I use a berhinger mixer with a usb interface onto sony acid music studio. I am looking for a mic to record vocals and guitar..
And soon drums . Any suggestions of what to get.
And can someone please explain parts of a mixer also.

May 30, 2007 06:17 pm How much are you looking to spend on the mic. A good start for an all around mic that you won't outgrow is to look at a large diaphragm condenser mic. Let us know your budget and we can go from there.
