Evolution mk-125 midi keyboard

I've bought this midi controller keyboard recently and I can't get it to work with Reason, I have a usb midi interface and when I go to preferences, nothing is found at all. Has anyone had similar problems with this keyboard and has found a solution? I've a feeling it's the interface that's the problem, it doesn't even have a company name.. Can anyone help me please? Cheers

What midi interface do you have? How are you plugging it into the computer, USB cable or midi cable? I think that unit used a special cable from Evolution that powered the unit as well. Not really sure as I have never used or even seen one.
