Jan 27, 2007 03:55 pm yeah it's pretty simple too really. Select W (for write) on the track that you want, open up the effect you want, arm the track for record, and hit play and tweak away. I just tried this with an EQ, so I know it works.

I was wondering if theyr is any way to have automation to my effects in cubase. More specifically the power buttons on the effects, or am i only allowed to automate the volume?

Jan 27, 2007 05:05 pm Go to your track and hit the little + sign on the bottom left (I think). Then click on the word volume and a whole lot of other options should drop down.
Go to 'other' or something and then it should give you the option to automate the settings of your channel inserts.
