Marantz PMD660 Monitor Question

I'm using a pmd660 to record audio for a film. Right now, with the headphones plugged in, you can't hear anything until you actually start recording. Is there a way to get it to play through the headphones at all times? It's a waste to have to record just to adjust levels and check things.

There is a meter on the end of the unit that will give you a visual on were you're level is at. I would assume there must be a menu were you can set it to monitor the input with or without the thing running. You would normally arm it to record and use the pause button to have it hole until you are ready to record.
