Unless of course the RCA inputs on the moniters are digital like S/PDIF connections. Which some active moniters do accept digital inputs.

Well i am trying to connect my m-audio monitors to my delta 1010LT soundcard but the soundcard only has RCA inputs and outputs. And the monitors have only RCA INPUTS into the speaker and the other side is just a little plug and i cant put it in the RCA soundcard. Should i buy a peice to make it work or will it make the quality worse.
And also i dont no if i should hook up my mixer to the soundcard or just use the program that the soundcard came wit to mix my music?
