Hey You guys,
I need to hook up my new mic, the CAD GXL 2400. Does anyone know how to hook it up directly to the computer? I'm having trouble and need some assistance. Thanx.

Mar 08, 2006 05:16 am Can you give us a bit more info? Are you using a mixer or stand alone preamp? what is your sound card etc... if it is a standard onboard sound card then you have two inputs normally. line in & Mic in. but you will need phantom power as well

Mar 08, 2006 07:04 am You're going to need to go into a preamp of some kind first, like a mixer or an external preamp. And like Kaos said, you're going to need phantom power for the mic.
