Just watching Fox Sports. Don't know who it was, but they were saying the Steelers have a 4 point advantage over the Hawks. And they were the underdogs all post season. I'm rootin' for Hawks though and I think this is going to be a good game. Hopefully, not some blowout... Nothing more boring than the 1990 49ers/Broncos 55-10 superbowl, and I was a 49ers fan back then...I turned it off at halftime...

the advantage is based on the fact that theyre an AFC team and accomplished that feat with beating the 1, 2, and 3 seeds.

everything comes down to game plans and psychological readiness on game day. i dont like being favored. i wish the media didnt have to do all this judging 24 hours a day. sucks when an opinion gets locked in and then drilled into your head on all the networks. people forget an actual contest with unknown outcome is about to take place. worst of all i wonder what effect it has on players. i mean look at indy!

nevertheless i look forward to media day.

Nothing in the media at all about the Seahawks. That kind of gives them a little edge. No expectations. Similar to the underdog thing with the Steelers getting through the top three seeds, and getting to the show from 6th seed. Now they're the favourites! Unfair, really.
Still, the Rams were the last NFC to win, and that was a while ago. If you look at the NFC's record against the AFC this year, it wasn't very good.

Steelers by ten! Go Black'n'Gold.

Gotta get The Bus his ring.

We just gotta make sure that Tommy Maddox gets the flu or something. Don't want him near the stadium.
