Does anybody have any POD guitar tones that they would be willing to share? I have a POD XT Pro if that matters. Thanks guys. I'm in a metal/industrial band also so keep that in mind.

I should post some of my presets in the HRC Pro preset sharing thing...I have a couple nasty rock guitars I have tweaked out pretty nicely...

I am a sucker for the greenback speakers with an off-axis SM57 model...The Soldano head model rocks too.

Have you checked the on-line tone library? There's an endless sea of shared presets that you can look up by either song title or name of artist. There's a number of different NIN presets that might sound cool. Or type in industrial/metal and you'll find pages of different presets...then you can tweek to your personal taste. Last time I checked the site was under construction because they were updating it. Don't you friggin' love your PODxt? Without a doubt, it is the most amazing piece of gear I own. A guitar player's dream.

On another note, has anyone tried running vocals or bass guitar through the Guitar PODxt? If so, how are the results?

I as well have some good one's. I think db and I talked about putting some up long ago and never got round to it.

BJT, ya the online library is a great source for some good ones as well. I had several up there before they revamped it. I gotta share some again.

It does seem though that 90% of those that are at Line 6 are set up for single coil which kinda blows me away. But they can be tweaked to work for Humbucker's as well.

Never tried vocal's through it. Have done the bass through it as well as electro acoustic. Not to bad, but took some tweakin to get it wouding better then average.

ive used vocals through my 2.0. mixed results. basically, compression makes it seem fake, but i need compression. the compressor does strange things to the mids and highs--which are already weird in the pod.

i have a damn 2.0. id love to do tone sharing, but i shelled out the money for this thing at the absolute wrong time. the xt appeared several months later and i feel left in the dust.

the soldano does rock. i need to write a patch for that. if anyone has one that will run on the 2.0 i would give almost...well, i would smile a little bit if i could have it.
