For those like me who don't like Waves L1,L2,L3

There are always people asking how to get there mixes to a comparable level with "pro" mixes...usually a Waves L1, L2 or L3 is recomended.

I have never really liked what they did to my mixes, I never found them to be very transparent.
Here is a link to the best software limiter I have found, it's VERY transparent, very little audible distortion even when pushed to the max. Oh, and the best part......it's free.

This one has a variable knee so if you want a brick wall you have to set the knee to zero%.

I think you'll be surprised at the quality of that limiter...it's sweet. I haven't tried the saturation plug yet, it looks cool too.

I'll be givin em a go as well. Nice find af.

I tried his ftp to see waht he had in the archives but I think he limit's access to only a couple at a time. So I'll give it a try in the middle of the night this weekend.
