"Long Black Train" for Johnny Cash...first Garage Band recording!

I've spent some time with Garage Band these past few days...and I recorded a new song. "Long Black Train" was written the day that Johnny Cash died, but I never got around to recording it.

The more I use Garage Band, the more I really like it. It's not a power-user's tool. There's a lot of fine tuning that you just can't do, but if you are happy with the presets that are included, you can do some awesome stuff.

Anyway...your comments and suggestions are always welcomed and appreciated. "Long Black Train" is in the Music section of my Profile.

Being a Johnny Cash fan I love this Jim! Really souding good, GB seems to work well. Everything is really nice and clear, your vocals are excellent on this one. I think you should bring the guitars up just a touch both rythm & solo just cause I really like them. LOL Great Job, great song!

It's really good to hear some new music from you Jim, keep 'em coming!

Thanks, Dog! I've been messing around quite a bit with the mix, and I will re-upload the results. Got a few other new songs in mid-recording process.
