I'm new in this so please be patient :)
I like to record in Cubase several tracks of voices. I managed to record the music on one track. I need to send the signal back to the Patchmix DSP (asio out 31/32) to hear the music to sing on. But in this mode it also sends back my mic signal so I get a delay in my mic return. So what should I do, I like to hear the already recorded music and the actually recording of my voice without a delay.

You'll want to do "ASIO Direct Monitoring", which I forget how to set-up. Delve deeply into the PatchMix "manual" (woefully thin) and read and re-read it. Read the ReadMe file on the EMU 1820 support site:

www.emu.com/support/files...&Platform=1

AND do the Knowledge Base thing for "Routing audio between Patchmix and Cubase 5.1" at:

dmzweb3.europe.creative.c...Kb=creative_emu

Once you've got the multitude of routing options under your hat, then building your own custom "mixers" will be second nature. |;^) I gave up and made myself a "cheat sheet" chart and hung it on the wall near my "station" for quick reference.
