Looks great on paper as a card that bypasses my need for preamps and mixers. It has XLR inputs and 1/4 inputs... so it says... i never trust internet website reviews! i only trust HRC hehe, so anyones impressions if theyve tried it? and on Aardvark in general

i've got one and am runnin' sonar 3 with it just fine....occasional buffer issues once and a while, but nothing to troubbling....what i'm worried about is the company dosn't exist anymore...so if windows gets upgraded too much more there will definately be driver problems.....i love mine though, no problems yet, but i'm runnin' xp home with no service packs installed, and intend to keep it that way.

delta has a 10 in 10 out i think...

I wis gonna buy one but when the company went bust, decided against it!

But, from what I hear, it sounsd good.

Maybe an ebay second hand purchase that will do on a non-upgraded standalone machine would do ya as a DAW...dunno. I may do that still...for 10 ins and outs its sweet.

Brilliant little wee unit. Im using one at the moment, and am buying 2 more!!! 24 ins, sweet.

It has these awesome jacks on the breakout box, which let you use XLR, or 1/4 inch balanced, or 1/4 inch unbalanced. So thats really cool. It has 8 preamps, the first four inputs have phantom power selectable, it has MIDI in/out, Spdif in/out, 4 effects inserts on the back, and 4 stereo paired outputs (8 outs). To top it all of you can also adjust the brightness of the aardvark logo from the software mixer.

Its expandable to 40 inputs as well.

The only thing im a bit peeved about is that there is no way to bypass te preamps. Youre stuck with them for life.

If you have a look in my profile, the songs in there were recorded with 1 aardvark.
