Just recently when recording in Audition the sound became VERY low quality. I have a decent Condensor and when i run it through my preamp, and into Audition it sounds very Home-Studio (You know that sound, the whole "Sounds like its on a computer mic" sound). I then tried it in my old Cool Edit Pro 2.0, and it sounded good. So obviously it's some sort of setting on Audition that got fudged up. Problem is, i have no idea what happened seeing i never mess with the settings anyways. Anyone have any ideas?

May 09, 2005 05:53 pm check audio options and make sure you're recording at 16 bit 44.1khz sample rate or higher...

May 09, 2005 09:21 pm I used to have similar to the same problem. It seems like it could be the actual computer (i.e. not fast enough). Has it just started to do this or have u had it working well before?
