Mackie Control and Emagic Logic Control?!

Are the "Mackie Control"...( www.turnkey.co.uk/tkweb/s...amp;context=WEB ) and the Emagic Logic Control surface (made in conjunction with Mackie) two different products?... They look almost identical!
If they are seperate items, is the Mackie Control just as compatible with Logic as the "emagic logic controller"?!
Sorry if this sounds confusing! I`m just getting really frustrated about this!
