I have a quick question. I own the Presonus Firepod and a Peavey TMP 1 Class A Tube Mic Preamp. The Peavey has a 24v phantom power switch and the Firepod has 48v phantom power switches. When I run a mic into the Peavey and then the Firepod, which one do i switch the phantom power on? I need a full explanation. If I was using one or the other, it would be a no-brainer, but iI don't want to mess anything up! Please help! Thanks!

Feb 26, 2005 03:17 pm ooo ya know, now that i think about it, check the power requirements for the mic and see if it needs 48 volts....
