cool flame. Somehow I didn't picture you as a Super Tramp fan, but you did a great job with a new & interesting sound to it!

flame, that is amazing. I was entranced, and I am a semi serious ST fan. We used to cover some of their tunes in the day. That is a very original arrangement for sure. Again, you have tweaked some very odd sounds and made them fit. The rumbley low end is pretty cool and the bell lead is such a cool touch. The ony thing I can think of that it reminds me of is some wierd vaudeville show.

I have listened about 8 times now and at first I thought the vox were a bit burried, but now they are sounding just perfect. Again the effect you use on your vox is well used and seems to make it all fit nicely.

I will be puttin this one in constant rotation in the ol' pigpen playlist here wehn am working.

And side note, Tuna as well was very tweaked by it, he chuckled with the tinkle-bell lead as well.

Anyway, you are becoming quite the experimental genious. My compliments.

wow, thanks noize - kind words indeed.

its funny the vocal, cos i alwayys think its too quiet until the second listen when it sounds spot on to me...weird...

expect more experimentation to follow... :-)

Your welcome flame, I gotta say I have relaly enjoyed most fo the music that has been created by HRC members this year. Lotsa good stuff, but you truly have hit some interesting places I didnt really expect to hear you go. And that a good thing indeed.

PS, I will be digging through all those old sample tommorrow and try and send ya that cardboard box kick drum sound. Really awfull but it has charecter all its own.

Oooo... almost missed this one, there's so much new stuff, 'round here . Nice one, indeed ! I was sittin' here, listtening and thinking "what's he gonna do for the chorus ?", and then came the bells ! Very cool !!! Though, I must admit I miss the 'Na Na Na...' bridge before verses, and at the end . heh Great jearb just the same, flame !

Hey Flame...I was able to listen after all...sometimes with this listening to recordings thing...I pysche myself out.

Yeah...I'm with Noize...I see what you mean about the second listen. I love the bells...great call!

The vocals remind a litte of Richard O'Brien's Riff Raff (Rocky Horror) and Yellow Submarine.

Cheers Flame,

BM:-)

BM, now you are really my friend, Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of my favorite cult classic. And you actually know who Riff Raff really is. You would be surpirsed how many people dont know his real name. When my 2 youngest were still really small they learned how to do the time warp, and I would laugh for hours. They went to daycare and taught the other kids, and got in trouble as the day care lady thought it was rude suppestive dance. Which I guess it is, but hey they were kids.

Minnesota is home to the old Uptown Theatre which still holds the record for the longest consecutive run of that flik.

Oh well, sorry to freak out. Its just rare to see someone bring up Rocky Horror.
