Need help correctly connecting studio gear

I just recently purchased these items and I want to be able to connect all 3 items and then connect them into my board. Here's what I have.
Alesis 3630 Compressor, DBX project 1 Spectral Enhancer 296, Digitech Studio S100. I am running an Alesis Studio 24 Mixer with an 8 track Adat. I want to have these 3 units hooked up correctly for vocal recording. Please someone, tell me the best way to connect these units together and into my mixer.

Jul 25, 2004 03:54 am Plug the compressor into the insert on the channel you want to use for vocals. you'll need an insert cable. This channel will go direct out to an Adat tape in. Use your aux sends and returns for your effects unit. Plug the dbx unit into the insert on the tape return channel for mix down. Add the the effects and dbx unit on mixdown. I wouldn't try to track with them to tape.
