How do I put all this stuff together

Hello all, I put my gear in my profile. I am a real neophyte in the world of recording. The other day I went nuts and bought all this stuff on the advise of an acquaintance. Now, the big question, how do I put it all together?

Can I go back through the sound board to a pair of headphones to play over and worry about the speakers and amplifier later? Also, is Krystal Audio all I need in terms of software?

Yes you can moniter through headphones for the time being. Just remember they do sound a bit differant then real world speakers, so mix carefully. And yes Krystal is a good starting pont for the newbie for sure. It has a pretty easy to understand interface and will do the job nicely.
