Cubase File Types

well ive been messing around with my newly acquired Cubase SX/Delta 1010LT setup and im loving it to death...i honest to god love Cubase SX, if it were a woman....you dont even wanna know what i would do to it...ha! but down to business...what sorta files do you recommend i record it as...it gives you plenty of options and i just wanna know what the most popular or sensible format would be...thanks a bunch...ill try and get some stuff finished so you guys can hear it...thanks

24bit, 44.1Khz Broadcast PCM Wave.

jues digs 24bit cos thats a higher recording rate than a cd can playback, and gives better sound quality, but you could also record at 16bit 44.1 which is cd format and will result in smaller (file size) recordings.

hourses for courses though...
