hey guys.
whenever i click a link on a website, such as hrc or anywhere else, a new window opens but it never actually opens the link i clicked on. sometimes, that page'll stay blank and the page will open in the original window. its driving me nuts. everything seems cool in the control panel thing, but is there something specfic thatll cause this?
