I am getting beat up by NWR's streamer. It aint keeping up. I will try it again later or tommorrow, but from what I heard so far it sound pretty tasty. But I will give a better listen and let ya know.

And no it isnt my line in as I am on a T1.

J, got the tune to play finally. Great arrangement, and the vox were well done. Nice punch on the guitar and the bass. I escpecially liked the reverse cymbal.

Only gripe I have and it could be blamed on the mp3 is the drums could use a bit more punch. Not louder, just more presence. They seem to sit very nice in the mix, but the kick nad toms need a little something.

Otherwise, the overall mix sounded great.

I must have been typing while you posted, then I just went on to the next post.

No I got to hear it this afternoon. I might give it another shot tommorrow as I can crank it up on the big moniters and listen loud. I think it sounds like tune that needs some volume to do it full justice.

But liked it even at low volume for sure.

Hey, I like this one a bunch. I'm on a low bandwidth stream, but I agree with Noize that the toms could come out a bit. The kick is cool but maybe could be a bit punchier (not exactly sure how to achieve this). I really do like the composition though.

Thanks guys. Tony I have heard your stuff and you should definately not "Quit" My drummer does all the mixing and mastering so I give all that credit to him.

That's a good song, nice changes, good vocals. But it sounds a little 'tinny' in my speakers. Maybe get the whole sound a little fatter, but its definately great music, almost radio-ready.

Cool, man. Very nice. I listened to a good deal of it before my computer kept cutting out... I also only got to listen to it on cheap computer speakers, but the drums sound nice and punchy (good kick drum) and well-eq'd (Not over the top, but not trashy sounding, either). I like the bass tone a lot as well as the clean/acoustic sound. The distorted electric sounds kind of thin like there's some phase cancellation or some frequency band cut out. It could come up a bit as well. I can't tell on Lo-fi streaming, but it sounds like the guitar is centered (unless the streaming is just mono). The old double tracking trick (I mean actually playing it twice, not just copy and paste) would help thicken it. Then again you may be going for the sound you got (which is kind of cool), in which case I would just recommend bringing it up a bit. Hope that's helpful.

Got a chance to listen to it loud this afternoon, very bright on my bigger moniters. But it really brought out the vocal effects and seperation. It sounded very live to say teh least. I did however notice that voices during the bridge/chorus I heard behind the mix on my regular moniters was a buried a bit farther back on the bigger speakers. But the kick and toms seemed to be there a little heavier then on my nearfields.

Either way, I still like the mix and the tune itself is really got a good hook.

Another well done tune J. Cant wait to hear the next one.
