you can work it with a behringer MX802A on the cheapest side (4 outs total), or you could get any mixer with individual direct outs for each channel.

on any behringer or mackie just push the 1/4 plug in to the first click on the insert, it should be the effects send. if you push it in all the way it will be send and return so just use a ts plug. you can use that on every channel that has an insert. but if you need an insert then you need to get clever in your patching.

The cheapest what I ever saw with factory made direct outs is Behringer UB2442FX-PRO.

Soundcraft M12

It's not cheap (around $700), but it has 12 ins and 12 outs, plus 4 stereo channels. The preamps sound nice and clean.

I was just going to say the Soundcraft models are nice and they have that feature.

Oh yeah, Soundcraft has two other M-Series boards that come in 4 and 8 channels with outs for each channel plus the 4 stereo. Of course, 4-channel being the cheapest, 8 being next, etc.

My Behringer MX2442 will do it via the inserts.

Can I use the signal from the aux send? Cause if i can, the UB2222FX-PRO will have one up to 3 outs(via aux send) for each in right?

You will be limited to the number of aux sends you have though. so if you have 3 aux sends then it will be 3 outs.
