Yamaha o1v setup

I just got a yamaha o1v mixer and I'm having trouble figuring it all out. I have a basic overview of how to use it the only problem I have is hooking it up (with my outboard stuff) to my interface. I'm running a digi 001, and I have a behringer composer pro, and a vtb1 mic pre. Can anyone help me with getting signal routed correctly into protools le via the 001, and back out of it back to the board? Thanks a lot.

I am forgetting, does the 001 have digital input? If so you simply pipe the digital out of the o1v into the digital input of the 001 and your on your way.

As for the effects, the composer should be used on an insert channel and the pre can be used as with any other mixer, run it either on a aux send/return channel or before the micgoing into the board.
