In Sonar 2 - I can record separate tracks using amplitube for different effects, but how do I use aux/buses etc to have different effects for each guitar track I record?
Finding it difficult to get my head around aux/buses if anyone has good source of info help would be really appreciated.
Thanks
John

Nov 04, 2003 01:14 pm do you use amplitube as a real-time plug in, then? how well does it respond? i dont have the answer to your question, i'm just wondering because amplitube still looks cool to me.

Nov 04, 2003 03:29 pm are you wanting to know how to insert a different effect on each channel? If so that's easy...
Nov 04, 2003 08:10 pm no latency on the real-time effect? i used the demo version to do post-processing. which meant i would play into the soundcard naked. not me, the guitar. i didn't like that.

Nov 05, 2003 03:09 am Loki - what I want is a different amplitube setting for each track. My present set up seems to default to the same amplitube setting for each track. I suppose bouncing down each track one at a time could be an answer.

Nov 05, 2003 05:02 am Where do you have the effect sitting right now? You should be able to go to each individual track and drop amplitude in, creating one for each track, then you can tweak the settings of the individual tracks. Granted this willuse up some CPU power, but I can't think of another way to do it right now.
