It's a quick tune that turned into hours of work but it came out pretty good. check it out in my music here at hrc, and lemme know what you think.

Oct 08, 2003 09:32 am That's a cool song... one of those tunes that captures and conveys a feeling well. Had a hard time making out the lyrics, since I have to listen to it softly at work in a quiet office through a pc speaker, but the total experience was quite pleasing to the ear. Those hours of work were not wasted. :)
FYI, I've heard the older stuff on your website. I think this song shows you're branching out and growing in your style. Very cool and commendable.

Oct 08, 2003 09:47 am Ya, its like flame said- every song i do it gets better. so its hard to put 10 songs together over a 6 month period on a cd cause the first ones sound so crappy compared to the newer ones. Im trying to do a new demo cd with 10 songs now- and im gonna do it in a month and a half if it kills me. that way the quality should be much more uniform.
thanks for the kind words- im pretty proud of this one..

Oct 10, 2003 11:27 am My absolute favorite part of this song is the piano! I love the subtlety of it, it takes a certain maturity to include something like that. It's really effective and definitely reinforces that "less is more".
