Help I'm stuck in Utah!!!!!!!!!

How can I save something that I recorded to a .wav file. Or what do I need to make it so I can Burn it to a CD. I have Cakewalk Home Studio 2000 and Cakewalk 9.0.

file > export > wav

then how you burn depends on your OS, WIndows XP will burn it right to CD all by itself as long as you have a CD Burner. Otherwise you need something like EZ CD Creator or Nero or some burning app like that. Cakewalk also makes one called "Pyro"
